About Us

Our roof replacement with Premier was very smooth and straightforward. They came out and inspected our old roof, provided us with a reasonable quote, and we got started right away on the new one. The crew blew our minds at how quickly and efficiently they got things done. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I usually don’t enjoy doing any home improvement projects to my house, but these guys made it so easy for me! From beginning to end, I felt like I was carefully guided throughout the entire process, and Amando’s crew did an excellent job of installing my new roof quickly and fully cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Premier Building for your roofing needs.

LOVE Premier Building! Thank you for my beautiful new roof!

These guys are the real deal. They are experienced, organized, and everyone we interfaced with at the company during our roof replacement process was very nice and professional. They replaced our leaking roof in less than 3 days, and left us with a beautiful new roof that we know will look great and protect our home for many years to come. We would recommend Premier Building & Design, Inc. without hesitation.

I hired Premier Building to replace our roof. Their pricing was competitive, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier.

They replaced our roof in less time than originally promised. Our new roof looks great! We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Thank you, Premier Building & Design!

Premier Building came out and gave us an estimate and explained all the details of what they would be doing for our roof replacement. We liked everything we saw, so we decided to go with them. When they started the work, they did everything that they said they would, were quick, and timely, and got our new roof installed for us in only 3 days! After all these heavy storms we had this winter…not a single leak! Very Happy!

Robert and his crew were amazing!! I usually cringe when it comes to working with contractors, but our experience with Premier was so different – it was a breeze from start to finish. When we originally met with them for our estimate, Robert took the time to inspect the roof and measure everything accurately. He patiently explained the process to us, and when we decided to move forward, they were able to get us on schedule right away, and in just a few days, we had a beautiful new roof. I will also add that the crew did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. They left our house looking like they were never here.

After several estimates, we decided to use David with Premier Building to do our roof replacement. They seemed to be the most honest and trustworthy out of all the companies we spoke with. The crews showed up on time and completed the work without any issues, and we passed all the inspections with the city. My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Premier!

My home is a Spanish-style home with a flat roof and I have struggled with years of having leaks and all kinds of issues because of poor workmanship from past roofers. Patrick came out from the Premier Building, inspected my roof, and showed me the problematic areas. He recommended doing a little extra work by increasing the slope in those areas where I’ve always had issues. The crew was so nice and professional, they added insulation and plywood to increase the slope of the roof, and after completing the roof replacement, I haven’t had a single leak. I would recommend Patrick and Premier Building & Design without any hesitation.
